Served as the Engagement Director for FEST, a student-run organization focused on fostering a welcoming community between first-year STEM students. As an Engagement Director, I was responsible for managing the organization's website and email, and compiling weekly meetings, presentations, and newsletters for all members. Within my committee, I also worked with my partner to personally mentor our 8 freshmen members and help them develop crucial leadership skills.
